Denise Joan Algarin, FNP-BC

Denise Joan Algarin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with over 11 years of broad healthcare experience and more than four years of specialized expertise in neurology. Renowned for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, Denise is committed to delivering high-quality care that meets the diverse needs of her community in Florida, where she has proudly resided for over 18 years.

She began her nursing career by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida, later completing a Master of Science in Nursing at Herzing University. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Denise offers culturally sensitive care, ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and understood.

Denise’s clinical background in neurology enhances her ability to provide comprehensive, holistic care. She believes in empowering patients through education, empathy, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s health journey.

Outside the clinic, Denise enjoys staying active, exploring new cuisines, traveling to new destinations, and cherishing quality time with her family.

Allyson Fahey, PA-C

Allyson Fahey, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in neurology, with over five years of diverse healthcare experience and more than a year dedicated specifically to neurological care. Her passion for neurology began during her academic journey and has since become the cornerstone of her patient-centered practice.



Allyson earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Tampa and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Florida State University. Her strong background in both nutrition and clinical care enables her to deliver holistic, evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

A lifelong Florida resident, Allyson is deeply committed to providing compassionate and accessible care to her community. Outside of work, she enjoys competitive swimming, trying new recipes, and baking treats for friends and family.
